Medela Bodywork and Wellness is a woman-owned business located in Loveland, CO. We are dedicated to adapting multiple therapy techniques and healing traditions to meet your needs.

Our practitioners look at your holistic health and are eager to guide and support you on your wellness journey through deeply restorative services.

We’re here to make every experience you have with us a memorable one. There are two things that set us apart from other massage practices:

  1. Cupping and hot stones can be added to your service at NO additional charge!

  2. When you book a service with Jamye, you’ll also get to work with her comfort dog, Rose. Rose is an exemplary assistant who loves showering her new friends with affection.
    (If you have any allergies or concerns about having Rose in the room with you during your session, please text or email Jamye. We are happy to make arrangements to make your session as comfortable as possible!)

    Hi, I’m Jamye Richardson! I have been a licensed massage therapist and Certified Neuromuscular Rehab Therapist since 2005.  I have quite a collection of other certificates, including Holistic Health Practitioner, Healing Touch, Reiki, Doula, 200-hour Yoga, Ayurvedic Wellness Coach, and I am a student of Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy.

    I specialize in treating discomfort using a variety of tools: neuromuscular therapy, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, PNF, and more.

    Thank you to those of you who have followed me all around Fort Collins, Berthoud, and Loveland. As I reflect on the past two decades of my bodywork practice, I am humbled by all the ebbs and flows, the twists and turns. I have grown in so many ways, and I bow to you, as your loyalty has helped support my growth—even encouraged it.

    Rose collaborates with Jamye to provide comfort through her loving kisses and cozy snuggles. If you have any allergies or specific concerns related to Rose's presence in the office, please be sure to inform Jamye promptly.

  • Licensed Massage Therapist

    Mary became a massage therapist to help others find relief from pain and experience a sense of peace and well-being. A 2016 graduate of the Healing Arts Institute, she brings years of hands-on experience and a compassionate, intuitive approach to her work. She specializes in trigger point therapy.

    Mary is trained in Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT), trigger point therapy, prenatal massage, hot stones, cupping, deep tissue, and Swedish techniques. She tailors each session to the individual, creating a safe and nurturing space for every guest to relax, heal, and reconnect with their body.

    Outside of her massage practice, Mary is also a talented artist who frequently exhibits her work in public art shows at the Sidetrack Gallery at Artspace Loveland Lofts.
