Our owner, Jamye Richardson, has been a licensed massage therapist since 2005. She also has certifications in Neuromuscular Rehab Therapy, 200-hour yoga, Holistic Health Practitioner, Reiki, Healing Touch, and Ayurvedic Wellness Coaching.
Taylor Ford is a licensed massage therapist and certified Thai massage therapist.

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us time to offer the spot to another client.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-shows, will incur a $50 fee.

After your massage, we recommend drinking plenty of water (ideally, half your body weight in ounces per day). A short walk can also help your body integrate the therapeutic work that was done. Yoga or stretching also feels great post-massage.

We offer 30-minute, 60-minute, 75-minute, 90-minute, and 2-hour sessions to suit your needs and schedule.
If you’re a new client, plan to add an additional 15 minutes to your session to allow time for intake and discussion of your goals.

If you’re dealing with an acute issue, more frequent sessions may be more beneficial.
